What you will do

• Support daily workforce management activities, including reporting, forecasting, and frontline scheduling.
• Manage shared inbox communications and ensure timely follow-up.
• Document processes, analyses, and recommendations.
• Validate scheduling accuracy and data reliability using reporting tools.
• Analyze performance data to identify process improvements.
• Maintain project logs, evaluate assigned tasks, and prepare feedback for leadership.

Requirements

• Enrollment at an accredited college or university for the Fall 2027 term.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
