Senior Social Video Producer / Editor (AI)

Location: New York City, within commuting distance of the NYC office. The role is remote-first with occasional in-person collaboration, and candidates must already be NYC-based; no relocation or flights are provided.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Produce and edit high-volume vertical video for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Own the full editing workflow, including selects, cuts, pacing, captions, motion graphics, sound design, color, and platform specifications.
• Translate briefs and trends into fast, high-performing organic social content.
• Use AI tools to improve editing quality and production speed.
• Set reusable formats, templates, and quality standards for the wider team.
• Partner with social, community, creative, and brand teams to plan, batch, and serialize content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing and editing short-form social video.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-performing or viral organic Reels and TikToks.
• Expert command of Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects experience for motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in the editing workflow.
• Strong knowledge of internet culture, social trends, and engagement mechanics.
• Must be based in New York City or within commuting distance; no relocation or flights are provided. U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• On-camera, on-set production, or shooting experience.
• Experience with health, wellness, femtech, or regulated medical brands.
• Motion design or graphic design skills.
• Experience building repeatable, high-performing content formats.
