Focus on operating F5 DNS/GTM and LTM environments, supporting Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies, and resolving complex network issues across multidisciplinary teams.

What you will do
- Provide operational support for network infrastructure within IO&SD.
- Support the availability and operation of network services across multi-vendor products.
- Work as part of a team of network and network security analysts supporting internal and external customers.
- Analyse complex technical issues, make decisions, and determine when escalation is required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of the CIO function culture.
Requirements
- Work from the Edinburgh or London office in the United Kingdom.
- Experience with at least four or five core technologies: Cisco routing, Cisco switching, Cisco ACI, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall, Fortinet FortiSwitch, F5 DNS/GTM, F5 LTM, IPAM/Infoblox, or Palo Alto Firewall.
- Experience with at least two or three additional technologies: Forescout, Cisco Wireless, Meraki Wireless, Akamai WAF, proxy technologies, or F5 AFM.
- Ability to work in a technically complex and fast-changing environment while planning and balancing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, and collaborative working skills.
