Ocean Export Agent (Logistics)

Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China; onsite

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely ocean export freight processes.
• Enter operational data accurately and on time.
• Track and trace ocean export files and prepare reports.
• Maintain compliance with internal, external, and government regulations.
• Keep customer standard operating procedures updated and identify process improvements.
• Communicate with overseas offices and customers, respond to requests, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of ocean documentation processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
