Location: Tufts Medical Center, United States; full-time, onsite clinical role.

Salary: $116,480–$145,600 annually, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, and patient evaluations.
• Order and interpret laboratory, radiological, and other diagnostic studies.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions under the direction of supervising physicians.
• Develop, coordinate, and adjust individualized treatment and care plans.
• Prescribe medications, perform clinical procedures, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families, support preventive care, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of a Physician Assistant program.
• Physician Assistant certification and licensure within the first three months following receipt of a complete medical staff membership and privileges application.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to assess patients across age groups, evaluate complex clinical findings, and coordinate treatment plans.
• Ability to work onsite in a medical center and perform physical duties including lifting and turning patients weighing 30–35 pounds.

• State and federal controlled substances registration.
• Experience orienting or training Physician Assistants and supporting staff coordination.
