Regional Marketing Manager UK&I (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote within the UK and Ireland region; travel across the assigned region and EMEA is required for customer visits, internal meetings, product launches, and industry events.

What you will do

• Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
• Analyze markets, customer segments, trends, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.
• Convert market data into actionable insights using MEKKO charts, market models, and other analytical tools.
• Coordinate campaigns, demonstrations, educational events, trade shows, and customer symposiums with Sales, Commercial, Business Units, and Marketing Communications.
• Lead regional new-product launches through the DBS Launch Excellence process, including planning, forecasting, KPI measurement, and post-launch analysis.
• Measure program effectiveness, refine plans, and build customer and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Long-standing experience in field marketing or product marketing.
• Experience with market analysis, strategy development, and integrated marketing campaign execution.
• Ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights and measurable marketing plans.
• Experience collaborating across commercial and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute structured processes in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, diagnostics, or anatomical pathology.
• Experience with MEKKO charts, market modelling, Salesforce, or Power BI.
