RN Employee Health & Wellness - Per Diem

What you will do

• Provide clinical support for employee health information, facility safety, and security.
• Track employee immunization status and administer adult immunizations for vaccine-preventable diseases.
• Conduct pre-employment and pre-placement screenings, including drug screening, vital signs, vision and hearing checks, health history reviews, and physical assessments.
• Support return-to-work clearances, fitness-for-duty assessments, work-status reporting, and accommodation evaluations.
• Develop and conduct wellness screenings, clinics, informational sessions, and biometric assessments.
• Coordinate the annual influenza vaccination program with Employee Health staff, medical practices, hospital nursing units, and Human Resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or current enrollment in a BSN program.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Occupational Health Nursing-Specialist certification must be obtained within two years of hire.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification during orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
• Knowledge of employee health, immunization tracking, infection control, wellness assessments, and workplace accommodation processes.

Nice to have

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
