Project Manager (Corporate Staging)

Location: Berlin, Land Berlin, Germany; onsite event execution and travel of up to 50% may be required.

What you will do

• Plan and communicate technical production, labour schedules, project scope, execution plans, responsibilities, equipment needs, and subcontractor requirements.
• Lead technical execution from load-in through the run of show and load-out, acting as the onsite client contact.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors, venue partners, inventory, schedules, equipment, and workforce changes.
• Manage client relationships, meetings, show documentation, onsite follow-up, and service delivery.
• Support project budgets, cost control, billing updates, vendor payments, and post-event invoicing.
• Maintain HSE documentation, technical and production standards, post-event reporting, and project management procedures.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of technical experience in corporate staging or broadcast.
• Strong technical background, client relationship skills, written and oral communication, and operational logistics experience.
• Familiarity with budgets and cost control; MS Office experience is required.
• Ability to manage multiple complex functions in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to travel up to 50% may be required.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Technical diagram knowledge or experience.
