Project Management Co-op (AI)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; office-based role

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Own AI- and automation-focused projects and process improvement initiatives within Sales Operations.
• Define project goals, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners, deadlines, and success measures.
• Analyze and improve CRM data quality through cleanup, testing, and process improvement.
• Support CAPS testing by documenting results, identifying issues, and helping drive implementation.
• Gather business needs, analyze data, and translate findings into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Track risks and roadblocks, prepare project updates and recommendations, and facilitate cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a related bachelor's degree program, such as Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Interest in project management, process improvement, technology, and business transformation.
• Ability to organize information, manage details, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI tools.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, during an eight-month co-op term in Schofield, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

• Coursework in AI, data analytics, business process improvement, project management, or information systems.
