Co-op, Supplier Engineering - Project Management Excellence: January - June 2027 (Onsite)

Location: Onsite in Acton, Massachusetts, United States. The position includes up to 5% travel to local suppliers.

Annual base salary: $25.00–$34.00.

What you will do

• Create, refine, publish, and provide training for project schedules, budgets, report templates, dashboards, and other project artifacts.
• Host weekly update meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage timelines for supplier capital projects.
• Research project management software and frameworks and incorporate suitable practices into existing workflows.
• Improve internal processes through data analysis, workflow standardization, and task automation using applicable software skills such as VBA.
• Assist with or lead Engineering Change Orders and support validation testing in laboratory or manufacturing settings.
• Travel to local suppliers as needed, up to 5%.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate mechanical, industrial, or bioengineering program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Organized, accountable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing clear documentation.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and mechanical aptitude or a hands-on mindset.
• Ability to perform lab testing and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Mechanical knowledge and introductory familiarity with plastic injection molding, metal stamping, automated assembly, and laboratory testing equipment.
