What you will do

• Coordinate bid preparation with internal and external suppliers, aligning technical requirements and competitive pricing.
• Prepare offers for spare parts orders, maintenance projects, and small substation projects.
• Execute service and spare parts orders for transmission equipment while meeting delivery timelines.
• Maintain project records and administrative documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
• Promote service offerings for high-voltage switchgears and transformers and support customer retention.
• Support market analysis and strategic sales initiatives to grow the service business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Commerce, or a related technical or commercial field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales support, bid preparation, or order execution in a transmission or high-voltage environment.
• Knowledge of high-voltage switchgears and transformers.
• Experience with bid and proposal management, price finding, contract execution, and project planning.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, customer relationship management, and administrative skills.
