Program Manager II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Direct complex, multi-million-dollar programs and oversee on-time delivery, business metrics, and process improvements.
• Lead customer-focused cross-functional teams through new product and platform introductions and production readiness.
• Coordinate engineering, production, logistics, supply chain, contracts, quality, and New Product Introduction activities.
• Own product-line execution at the site and serve as the primary site contact for assigned programs.
• Develop ramp-up models, negotiate master production schedules, and evaluate production output plans.
• Drive program reviews, standups, metric assessments, customer satisfaction, and service-level performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, operational metrics, resource management, and production planning.
