Sr Manager, HR

Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States; onsite role.

Salary: $144,000–$198,000 annually.

What you will do

• Translate business priorities into HR strategies and advise management on strategic and operational people matters.
• Strengthen leadership and team effectiveness through coaching, consultation, and organizational alignment.
• Lead talent profiling, assessment, calibration, development planning, and succession planning.
• Lead change management and improve operating processes, resource allocation, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Develop reward, recognition, and HR measurement strategies to assess program impact.
• Support employee relations, maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles, and apply SOPs and cGMP standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an HR discipline or equivalent required; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years of generalist experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, manufacturing, or another FDA-regulated industry.
• Strong leadership, influence, project management, communication, conflict resolution, and business judgment skills.
• Ability to coach senior leaders, execute organizational strategy, and build effective management relationships.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Basic written and oral English communication skills are required.
