RAN Operations Specialist - ESN 62478 (4G Networks)

hirify.global operates the Emergency Services Network (ESN), a 4G-based network providing critical voice, data, and communications services to Britain's Blue Light teams.

What you will do

• Lead suppliers for dedicated ESN and related contracts and solutions.
• Manage supplier contracts, operational spending, budgets, and financial accountability.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and third-party vendors.
• Handle technical investigations and escalations and review supplier performance through governance forums.
• Drive operational improvements and exceptional performance across ESN Critical National Infrastructure workstreams.
• Support the mobilisation and management of shared MNO network operations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of radio access networks and experience in network operations.
• Field experience with power and transmission solutions.
• Strong understanding of network topology and network components.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including contracts, budgets, forecasting, and supplier commercial behaviour.
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Successful completion of National Security Vetting at BPSS level is required.
