Enterprise Account Manager, Restaurants

What you will do

• Develop and own reporting for enterprise restaurant clients, providing actionable insights.
• Project-manage large-scale merchant launches and strategic initiatives for major brands.
• Oversee ongoing operational success and partner-specific needs, including POS integrations, customized reporting, menu optimization, and merchant marketing.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between restaurant partners and hirify.global teams.
• Develop growth plans and lead daily execution for a portfolio of enterprise brands.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven experience working directly with external clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Ability to turn broad challenges and opportunities into actionable projects with clear goals.
