Solution Designer (IT Integration)

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid)

Starthirify.global annual base salary: €50,000, plus variable remuneration aligned with applicable policies.

What you will do

• Translate business objectives, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable end-to-end solutions.
• Design integration patterns, APIs, events, data flows, system interactions, and technical specifications.
• Assess feasibility and impact across applications, services, and business processes while maintainhirify.global requirements traceability.
• Support backlog refinement, user story decomposition, development, testhirify.global, deployment, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and facilitate solution alignment.
• Drive technical decisions, design reviews, architecture alignment, security, compliance, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineerhirify.global, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in a Solution Designer or related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, communication, decision-makhirify.global, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with solution design, enterprise integration, API design, event-driven and microservices architectures, data modellhirify.global, cloud platforms, and systems integration.
• Knowledge of security by design, DevSecOps, observability, monitorhirify.global, Agile delivery, and technical documentation.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Java and Sprhirify.global Boot experience.
• REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, Kafka, and event streamhirify.global platforms.
• Oracle/SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
