Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Contracts Admin, ANS (Houston, TX)

Location: On-site at client and partner sites in the United States; relocation to the Houston, TX area required.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop contracting strategies, contract delivery methods, and commercial frameworks aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and support contractor pre-qualification, tendering, scope development, pricing evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including communications, payment applications, certifications, changes, and commercial meetings.
• Maintain contract records, document control systems, payment procedures, approval workflows, variation registers, and project documentation.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance across cost, schedule, risk, quality, ESG, and compliance metrics.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, project controls, consultants, and project teams on payments, insurance, bonds, warranties, compliance, disputes, and project closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in contract administration or management on large capital projects.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, semiconductor, or other regulated industries.
• Ability to relocate to the Houston, TX area and work onsite at client locations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical facility design, cleanrooms, laboratory facilities, process equipment, clean utilities, automation systems, and manufacturing support infrastructure.
• Understanding of EPC/EPCM, GMP, and other industrial contract forms, terms, and conditions.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, SAP, or Autodesk Forma.
• Knowledge of construction law, insurance, guarantees, warranties, and third-party rights.
• Experience tracking budgets, progress, and commercial deliverables across project phases.
