Contract Specialist

Location: Irving, TX 75062, hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $39,100–$66,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage intake, routing, assignment, approval, and completion of sourcing requests in the contract management system.
• Guide sourcing personnel through contract approval processes and ensure timely completion.
• Verify compliance with member contracting policies and approval guidelines.
• Check required data fields and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with local and national stakeholders, following up and resolving issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment with quick turnaround and high-quality output.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Solid knowledge of Excel.
• Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare contracting or procurement.
