Application Support Lead (Azure Data Factory)

Location: 100% remote, applicants must reside in the continental United States. The listed location is CT-Windsor, One Orange Way.

Annual base salary: $134,368.

What you will do

• Provide maintenance and enhancement support for the MIApps application suite in the Data Management space.
• Govern incident management, root cause analysis, technical issue resolution, and improvement planning.
• Design, build, and manage Azure Data Factory data integration pipelines across multiple systems.
• Define data sources, datasets, transformations, orchestration, data quality checks, and validation rules.
• Monitor pipeline execution, data quality, errors, performance metrics, and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with application managers, support consultants, suppliers, and other teams throughout the software development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, plus 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience with middleware technologies including Spring Boot, SnapLogic, webMethods, Mule ESB, Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus, MoveIT, Globalscape MFT, SQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Java, IntelliJ IDEA, SnapLogic Designer, and Software AG Designer.
• Experience using ServiceNow, including structural analysis, technical design techniques, database access, and file access methods.
• Applicants must reside in the continental United States.
