VP, Enterprise Data

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office work at least 3 days per week; occasional travel of up to 8 trips per year.

Salary: $177,825–$308,230 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Data organization across product strategy, product management, product ownership, engineering, and architecture.
• Build and manage a high-performing organization of more than 30 data professionals across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Define multi-year data strategy and portfolio priorities aligned with business plans and the technology roadmap.
• Establish enterprise data governance covering quality, lineage, cataloging, metadata, master data management, and access controls.
• Communicate strategy, risks, outcomes, and investment priorities to the C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery, reliability, cost efficiency, budgets, vendors, SDLC, CI/CD, change management, and release management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data management, engineering, product management, and/or enterprise analytics.
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience managing directors, senior managers, and large cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data organizations in publicly traded companies with SOX compliance.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, data lakes, enterprise data warehouses, data modeling, ETL/ELT, BI, orchestration, observability, and security tooling.
• Strong Snowflake experience and hands-on familiarity with Tableau; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in real estate, single-family rentals, multifamily housing, finance, hospitality, or retail.
• Certifications or formal training in data management, data science, analytics, AI, Snowflake, Tableau, or dbt.
