Executive Events Manager (Events Marketing)

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus or London, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and execution of sponsored, hosted, online, and physical events.
• Manage vendors, partners, industry associations, organisers, attendees, invitations, catering, badges, and event giveaways.
• Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications, including event groups and internal briefings.
• Create event content and promotional materials with Content, PR, Sales, and wider Marketing teams.
• Run lead-generation campaigns and ensure event contacts are captured, tagged, and entered into HubSpot.
• Track event ROI, conduct post-event analysis, maintain the events calendar, and ensure delivery within budget and against defined goals.

Requirements

• Experience in event marketing, event planning, and professional event execution.
• Ability to manage vendor, partner, attendee, and cross-functional relationships.
• Experience creating or coordinating content, social media, promotional materials, sales collateral, and email campaigns.
• Ability to manage on-site event presence and communications.
• Experience with lead capture, contact management, and event performance analysis.
