About the Role

You will execute cryptocurrency trades and blockchain transactions, monitor trading and hedging operations, and manage risk parameters to maintain a market-neutral position. You will handle daily settlement and transaction reconciliation, support monthly and annual reconciliations, research crypto news and regulations, prepare reports and presentations, and improve processes and systems.

Requirements

• Have 1–2 years of experience
• Demonstrate experience executing trading strategies across cryptocurrency markets
• Understand financial markets and have experience in trading operations or a similar area
• Possess strong data analysis skills and familiarity with numerical analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Be familiar with databases
• Understand cryptocurrencies and blockchain and know how to operate across different blockchain platforms
• Identify, resolve, manage, and escalate problems efficiently
• Speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Execute trades and blockchain transactions on behalf of the company
• Monitor trading and hedging activities and manage risk parameters
• Manage daily settlement and transaction reconciliation
• Support monthly and annual reconciliations
• Create reports, analyses, and presentations for other teams
• Research cryptocurrency news and regulations each month
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems
• Make disciplined data-driven trading decisions to maintain a market-neutral position
