Technical Support Engineer (OT and IoT Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide post-sales break-fix support, consulting, and technical issue resolution.
• Support infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization.
• Collaborate with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain expertise across the hirify.global product portfolio and technologies.
• Reproduce customer issues in a lab before internal escalation.
• Create and maintain knowledge-base content and provide dedicated support for critical accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer roles.
• Experience with network security in support, design, consultancy, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization, scripting, API integrations, networking, and security protocols.
• Experience installing, configuring, and operating security appliances in large, complex environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Solid written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of FreeBSD, PostgreSQL, information security principles, and ICS security projects is also required.
