Salary: EUR 24,607.50–33,292.50 annually

What you will do

• Support the design, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Future of Field capabilities and digital learning solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, interface diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Test, validate, document, and demonstrate AI-powered tools, automated workflows, Power BI applications, and other digital products.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, applications, data models, and visualizations.
• Research emerging AI, automation, analytics, and learning technologies and contribute to proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with product owners, Learning and Development colleagues, business stakeholders, field-facing teams, and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Learning and Development, Business Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital product delivery, business analysis, learning and development, technology consulting, data analytics, software development, or a related role.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional requirements.
• Experience supporting the testing, validation, documentation, and delivery of digital products or technology solutions.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, ownership, prioritization, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, MyGenius, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or comparable generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, Tableau, MuleSoft, Informatica, GitHub, Jira, Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience with proofs of concept, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, agentic AI frameworks, or regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environments.
• Experience delivering digital products in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
