Business / Technical Analyst (Telecommunications)

Location: Remote Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather requirements, perform business analysis, and define scope for complex technology projects.
• Analyze access networks, routing protocols, peering, and network architectures.
• Work with network automation and orchestration platforms, including Itential Intelligent Automation Platform.
• Analyze OSS/BSS environments, telecom operational processes, and corporate telecom services.
• Produce functional and technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, and solution designs.
• Create and maintain process flows and workflow diagrams while coordinating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar telecommunications role.
• Experience with network automation, orchestration platforms, Itential IAP, OSS/BSS environments, Docker, and Docker Compose.
• Knowledge of telecom corporate services such as Digital Centrex, CBT, OSS Lite, OSS Premium, Anti-DDoS Services, Ethernet Carrier Services, and Giganet.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, architecture documentation, stakeholder management, and technical communication.
• Spanish at B2 level and English at B2 level required.
