Senior Group Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead multiple product teams and oversee a strategic portfolio of products.
• Define and execute a multiyear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market shifts.
• Own portfolio performance, including P&L oversight, investment prioritization, and data-driven optimization.
• Translate strategy into product direction, strategic requirements, decision frameworks, and prioritized initiatives.
• Align product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver launches, adoption, and sustained growth.
• Partner with executive leadership on product goals, priorities, investment decisions, and enterprise-level forums.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management or equivalent experience, including 3+ years managing product leaders or leading high-impact portfolios.
• Executive presence with strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and influence skills.
• Experience managing complex public- and private-sector stakeholder ecosystems.
• Track record of aligning product strategy with technical architecture across teams or organizations.
• Experience scaling product development practices, product culture, and execution frameworks across an organization.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.
