Customer Implementation Manager (API & SDK) - Germany

Location: Remote within Germany; listed locations are Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich.

What you will do

• Engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers to understand business goals, industry context, technical environments, and priorities.
• Run data workshops and create implementation plans aligned with customer objectives and architecture.
• Drive pilots, proofs of concept, value optimization, and transitions from pilot projects to production deployments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and campaign deployment.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers through configuration changes, sample coding, and collaboration with product, support, and engineering teams.
• Guide customer strategy and future growth using hirify.global One solutions and implementation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative or complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
• Experience building technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or strategic accounts.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and technology management.
• Working knowledge of one or more of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, or database technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German are required.

• Strong product and technical domain knowledge in SaaS, mobile applications, APIs, SDKs, or programming.
