Event Manager EMEA (SaaS)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid office setup. The role includes regular travel across DACH, especially during spring and autumn, and support for events across Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, DACH, Benelux, and potentially the Nordic region.

What you will do

• Plan and execute the full lifecycle of B2B trade shows and conferences across DACH and Benelux.
• Develop event strategies aligned with regional marketing, sales, and business objectives.
• Source and manage vendors, including booth builders, AV suppliers, caterers, and travel partners.
• Oversee booth design, signage, staffing, shipping, inventory, promotional materials, and on-site setup and breakdown.
• Manage event budgets, sponsorship opportunities, contracts, invoicing, and administrative documentation.
• Define KPIs, track leads and pipeline contribution, report results, and represent hirify.global at events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing B2B trade shows or conferences from concept to completion.
• Strong project management, organizational, administrative, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience connecting events with marketing, sales, strategy, and broader funnel objectives.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and using data to improve event performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across DACH and work from the Berlin office in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, IT software, cybersecurity, MSP, or related industries.
• Experience with DACH industry events such as it-sa and CloudFest.
• Spanish or Italian language skills.
