Regional Marketing Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Naples, Italy — hybrid. Travel within Italy and occasionally across Southern Europe is required for events and customer or partner meetings.

Salary: €28,000–€33,000 base salary per year, depending on the assessed level of autonomy.

What you will do

• Design, plan, and execute field marketing programs, including events, webinars, trade shows, roundtables, and partner activities.
• Own the Italian marketing plan and align activities with Sales targets and account priorities.
• Localize regional and global campaigns, content, and messaging for the Italian audience.
• Manage local events end to end, including budgets, logistics, vendors, on-site execution, and follow-up.
• Track leads, pipeline influence, ROI, and other campaign performance metrics using CRM and marketing operations data.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis while building relationships with associations and partners.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
• Experience planning and executing marketing events and campaigns with measurable pipeline results.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including the ability to report on marketing KPIs.
• Ability to travel within Italy and occasionally across Southern Europe.

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with account-based marketing and multi-country organizations.
