Senior UX/UI Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for enterprise AI solutions across hirify.global operating companies.
• Translate complex AI workflows and data-driven insights into simple, trusted user journeys, interaction frameworks, and visual experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, AI scientists, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end experiences from concept through production adoption.
• Develop reusable design systems, components, patterns, and visual standards across the Enterprise AI Solutions portfolio.
• Champion user-centred design through research, usability testing, continuous feedback, and clear communication of design intent to developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong experience designing enterprise business applications, with an excellent eye for modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces on monitors and mobile devices.
• Expertise in user-centred design methodologies, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience designing AI-powered, automated, analytical, or data-rich workflows and translating user needs into practical solutions.
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, including reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to communicate design concepts, interaction patterns, and visual requirements clearly to engineering teams and influence stakeholders across business and technical functions.

Nice to have

• Experience driving adoption of digital solutions across multiple business functions, operating companies, or user groups.
• Familiarity with Power BI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.
• Experience working within cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams delivering solutions from ideation through production deployment and adoption.
