UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: Bristol, UK; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site

Salary: £61,344–£68,160 per year

What you will do

• Own interaction design projects and craft cohesive end-to-end user journeys.
• Use Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, or similar tools to create prototypes.
• Balance business requirements with user needs using quantitative and qualitative research.
• Present designs to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Work within technical constraints and guide developers through delivery to specification.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible experiences for customers of different ages, backgrounds, and technical abilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in UX design or interaction design, potentially with a visual design background.
• Strong prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Experience using and improving established design systems.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research and apply insights to interaction design.
• Experience working in complex environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in the Bristol-based hybrid arrangement, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site.
