Technical Events Supervisor (AV Media Technology)

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for hotels and end customers on AV and media technology matters.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events.
• Prepare quotes and manage external service providers, equipment, and logistics.
• Manage revenue targets for one or more hotels.
• Coordinate staff scheduling with regional management.
• Maintain and further develop defined quality standards in collaboration with regional management and sales.

Requirements

• Completed training in event technology, event management, or a degree in the event industry.
• Several years of event industry experience focused on AV media technology.
• Sales-oriented, business-minded, service-oriented, and communicative approach.
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style.
• Initial experience managing employees and high flexibility regarding working hours.
• Very good German and good English skills; proficiency with MS Office.
