What you will do

• Lead and execute Lean projects across operations and support functions.
• Identify improvement opportunities, eliminate process waste, and facilitate Kaizen workshops and value stream mapping.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and operational teams.
• Identify and implement digital solutions that optimize processes and integrate Lean principles with digital technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Support the operational excellence roadmap, solution sustainability, standardization, and best-practice sharing across sites and the division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Industry-relevant professional experience, relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
• Professional-level English language skills preferred.
• Clear and concise communication with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Customer-centric problem solving, innovation, proactive execution, and the ability to develop improved solutions.
