TL;DR
Revenue & Financial Control Analyst (Billing/Financial Control): Managing weekly customer invoicing, reconciliations, revenue tracking, and financial control processes in a high-volume airline catering environment with an accent on billing accuracy, audit trails, and system transparency. Focus on investigating discrepancies, identifying revenue leakage, documenting end-to-end billing processes, and improving controls across ERP, billing, ledger, and customer systems.

What you will do
- Own the customer's weekly invoicing and reconciliation process.
- Review billing data and reconcile operational systems, billing platforms, the general ledger, customer portals, and statements.
- Investigate rejected invoices, short payments, credit notes, discrepancies, and other billing exceptions.
- Maintain traceability and audit trails from source data through invoicing and payment.
- Identify revenue leakage, process errors, and financial control weaknesses.
- Document end-to-end billing processes, controls, approvals, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- ACCA qualified or actively studying towards ACCA; this is mandatory.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related subject.
- Experience in financial analysis, revenue, billing, accounts receivable, or transactional finance.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including reconciliations and large datasets.
- Experience with ERP, billing, or financial systems and a strong understanding of financial controls and accounting processes.
- Strong analytical, investigative, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- CIMA qualification or active study towards CIMA.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, PAXIA, or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in high-volume billing, revenue, customer finance, or financial process improvement.
