Community Lead, 901 North Glebe Road

Location: Arlington, VA, United States. On-site position requiring presence in the building 5 days per week.

Base pay: $65,000 annually, plus role-specific incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver elevated hospitality, anticipate member and guest needs, and resolve feedback and complex service escalations.
• Support community events and desk coverage to strengthen professional networking, member satisfaction, and retention.
• Lead day-to-day building operations, service requests, move-in and move-out processes, maintenance work orders, and operational improvements.
• Represent the building in safety and security matters and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage controllable operating costs and partner with Leasing on tours, membership upgrades, renewals, expansions, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in hospitality, multi-unit retail, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong accountability and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using data, Qualtrics, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools to inform decisions and improve member satisfaction.
• Ability to work on-site in the building 5 days per week.
