Senior Manager MLC - South East (High Net Worth & Major Loss)

Location: Fully remote, United Kingdom; field-based work includes investigations and site visits

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth, Major Loss, and complex property claims from instruction through settlement.
• Investigate claims through site visits and assessments to establish the cause, extent, and value of losses.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for insurers, clients, and brokers.
• Maintain communication with policyholders, brokers, insurers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Progress claims efficiently against service level agreements and performance targets.
• Participate in a one-week-in-three out-of-hours on-call rota for a key client account.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling property claims in a loss adjusting environment.
• Strong knowledge of High Net Worth and domestic property claims.
• Experience with major loss claims or a strong desire to develop in this area.
• Progress toward or completion of ACILA, FCILA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence required.
