Marketing Manager (Fixed-term Employment)

What you will do

• Lead local marketing campaigns from concept through execution across social media, partnerships, events, and influencer channels.
• Build relationships with local merchants and partners to create initiatives that increase visibility and mutual growth.
• Develop the local social media strategy and create authentic, community-focused content.
• Plan organic and paid hyper-local activations, including events, guerrilla marketing, and community brand partnerships.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align local campaigns with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Measure campaign performance, apply insights, and support marketing plans for new city and area launches.

Requirements

• Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with commercial, operations, content, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Hands-on experience with social media content and community engagement.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• C2-level German and business-fluent English required.

• Experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce.
