MRTT Service Bulletin Engineer

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working when possible

hirify.global develops and supports aerospace products and services, including the MRTT platform.

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver Service Bulletins governing approved modifications and inspections for in-service MRTT aircraft.
• Own Service Bulletin delivery on time, on cost, and on quality for assigned bulletins.
• Follow up on subcontractor deliverables and coordinate corrective action plans for significant technical issues.
• Work with the Design Office to define technical solutions and with the Airworthiness Office when safety-related actions are required.
• Coordinate Service Bulletin incidents and technical query responses with customers and Front Office support.
• Support customers and MRO organizations with Service Bulletin questions and implementation.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Services, Design Office, Manufacturing Engineering, or MAP.
• Negotiation-level English and Spanish required.
• Ability to manage conflicts proactively, make effective decisions, negotiate, and communicate assertively.
• International business experience.
• Ability to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the MRTT, A400M, or LTA platforms.
• Experience preparing Service Bulletins.
• Airbus internship experience.
