What you will do

• Define influencer and creator engagement strategies with Brand and Media Managers.
• Identify, evaluate, and select influencers and creators aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencer and creator collaborations.
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, and agency partners while ensuring high-quality content delivery.
• Maintain influencer, creator, and agency databases for future partnerships.
• Assess competitors, monitor industry best practices, and develop advocacy business cases and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, account management, or a related field.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods is advantageous.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate across teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with influencer discovery, scouting, and campaign management platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
