Commercial Customer Service Representative

Location: Hybrid position based at the Brwinów facility, Poland

Salary: PLN 71,190–113,904 per year

A global materials science and digital identification solutions company operating in more than 50 countries, with the Brwinów site supporting the Label and Packaging Materials Group.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customers through email, phone, live chat, and online presentations.
• Manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues.
• Build relationships with key accounts and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct warm outbound calls and maintain accurate sales and customer data in the CRM.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in internal sales or customer service.
• Full fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial approach to business growth.
• A university degree is welcome.
