Customer Support Consultant (Dental Technology)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Attend occasional on-site events and occasional business trips to Western Europe.
• Investigate, solve, and escalate technical issues.
• Collect relevant customer information and document support cases in the CRM according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments and escalate customer feedback.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication, questioning, and listening skills.
• Upper-intermediate English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
• Problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
• Result-oriented, stress-resistant, professional, multitasking, and empathetic approach.
• Willingness to develop professionally and grow in the role.
