Services Engineer (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Build deep technical knowledge of SLA and SLS product platforms.
• Act as the technical escalation point for customer issues.
• Develop and communicate troubleshooting steps for Services agents.
• Investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and partner with R&D and Documentation on solutions.
• Track issue occurrence rates and champion cross-functional resolution efforts.
• Maintain systems used to report customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical role involving hardware, software, and electrical systems.
• Experience liaising between technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to drive projects to completion across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance daily escalations with long-term projects and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong data and analytics skills; familiarity with SQL or Google Data Studio is beneficial.

• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies.

• SQL or similar data background.
