Lead Engineer Testing (AI)

What you will do

• Build, manage, and support a vehicle testing team, including utilization, project prioritization, workload planning, and coordination.
• Develop AI-supported testing solutions with the methodology team in Graz.
• Plan and coordinate test campaigns, resources, vehicles, facilities, materials, and engineering capacity.
• Prepare test vehicles and measurement technology, flash control units, perform learning routines, and read error memories.
• Plan and supervise vehicle modifications and tests across emissions rollers, climate test benches, test tracks, and public roads.
• Conduct vehicle measurements, support calibration activities, perform first-level troubleshooting, and ensure measurement quality.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree.
• Several years of experience in control-unit calibration and validation.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, ADAS, chassis, and E/E systems.
• Experience with INCA, Vector Tools, GitHub Copilot, and Diagra.
• English language knowledge is required; German is an advantage.
• Proactive, open-minded approach with strong communication skills, team spirit, interest in AI and digital technologies, and willingness to travel.
