Location: Mostly remote within Germany, with in-person collaboration at the Berlin office approximately once per month

RedMimicry is building an AI-powered security analytics capability that turns fragmented security logs into explainable threat analysis within its platform.

What you will do

• Build Go backend services for security telemetry ingestion, analysis workflows, result storage, and evidence tracking.
• Design versioned APIs, domain models, validation, error handling, and reporting interfaces.
• Implement asynchronous processing with progress reporting, retries, cancellation, timeouts, and failure recovery.
• Process large telemetry volumes with predictable memory usage, throughput, and backpressure behavior.
• Integrate AI/ML inference components and build JSON and PDF reporting pipelines.
• Develop secure multi-tenant components with authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, testing, observability, and performance profiling.

Requirements

• Strong practical Go experience, including idiomatic Go, goroutines, channels, context, cancellation, and timeouts.
• Experience with profiling, benchmarking, memory allocation analysis, standard-library usage, and backend engineering.
• Knowledge of API design, relational data modeling, SQL, asynchronous jobs, queues, testing, and observability.
• Experience with service boundaries, event-driven workflows, authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, containers, and production deployment.
• English is required; German is an advantage.
• Existing legal right to work in Germany, primary residence in Germany, a clean criminal record certificate, and willingness to travel to Berlin approximately once per month are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC tooling, SIEM, EDR, incident response, threat hunting, or security analytics.
• Knowledge of process, host, identity, network, and timeline data.
• Experience with PDF or document-generation pipelines and audit-oriented data structures.
• Modern JavaScript or TypeScript and a component-based frontend framework.
