Associate/Vice President, Trade Commodity Finance

What you will do

• Originate new clients and manage existing Trade & Commodity Finance clients across Asia Pacific.
• Structure and execute transactions in close collaboration with clients, product, risk, legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Transaction Management Office and operations partners to ensure robust execution of flow trade transactions.
• Support growth in auxiliary businesses, including Financial Markets, Transaction Services, and Capital Markets & Advisory.
• Contribute to trade digitalization initiatives and implement business strategies for the regional franchise.
• Maintain prudent risk management and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in commodity finance, trade finance, or related sectors.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to develop solutions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong partnership-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, analytical ability, and execution discipline.
• Resourceful, resilient, collaborative, and able to work effectively across teams and geographies.
• High integrity and a global mindset.
