What you will do

• Lead front-to-back post-execution support for equity derivatives and synthetic products across Asia.
• Partner with Trading, Sales, Structuring, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams on business enablement, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee daily risk and trading surveillance, lifecycle events, corporate actions, complex client activity, and exception management.
• Drive operational strategy, process automation, control improvements, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead new product launches, business expansion initiatives, and regulatory change programs.
• Escalate and resolve complex operational, client, and risk issues while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience for Associate level or 6 years for Executive Director level in Equities Operations, Middle Office, Prime Brokerage, Derivatives Operations, or a related Markets Operations function.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, synthetic products, cash equities, futures, swaps, and trade lifecycle management.
• Experience managing operational risk, control frameworks, and complex front-to-back processes in a trading environment.
• Leadership experience managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, client partnership, and risk-based decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of APAC equity derivatives markets and market infrastructure.
• Experience leading regional or global projects involving Operations and Front Office stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client needs, operational efficiency, and risk management.
