End-to-End Process Manager – Product

Location: White City, London, UK; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end product process from strategy and concept through to launch.
• Build and manage the cross-functional critical path across Category Management, Design, Product Development, Commercial, Planning, Marketing, and regional market teams.
• Establish milestones, decision points, ownership, handovers, and the end-to-end product calendar.
• Facilitate product meetings, decision gates, and cross-functional forums, ensuring clear actions and outcomes.
• Track decisions, actions, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Simplify and improve processes, tools, and ways of working to increase clarity, efficiency, and agility.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project, programme, or process management, ideally in a product-led consumer business.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development, timelines, critical paths, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, including experience managing complex workstreams and competing priorities.
• Experience aligning multiple functions and driving delivery against shared commitments.
• Strong communication, influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
