I'm currently working with a global law firm looking to hire a Corporate & Commercial Associate with Structuring into its Dubai practice.
The opportunity combines corporate and commercial advisory work with a particular focus on helping international businesses establish, structure and reorganise their operations across the UAE and wider Middle East.
The practice advises multinational corporates and regional businesses on a broad range of matters, from market entry and foreign investment through to complex group reorganisations.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
▪ Corporate structuring, restructuring and group reorganisations
▪ Foreign direct investment and Middle East market entry
▪ Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
▪ Commercial contracts, distribution and agency arrangements
▪ Corporate governance, regulatory compliance and licensing
▪ Post-merger integration and cross-border restructuring projects
Candidates should ideally have gained relevant experience within a leading international or well-regarded regional practice, with strong drafting skills and exposure to corporate/commercial advisory and structuring matters.
