What you will do

  • Develop legal document templates and negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
  • Analyze local regulations for international projects involving user-facing services.
  • Advise colleagues on intellectual property, civil and administrative law, and data protection.
  • Coordinate legal approvals for product launches in different countries.

Requirements

  • University degree in law.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting e-commerce and online-services projects.
  • Experience managing international IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil law, intellectual property law, and data protection requirements.
  • Experience with service agreements, agency contracts, commission agreements, and other legal documentation.
  • Fluent English, including independent work with legal documents and communication with foreign legal advisors.
