SAP BTP Integration Suite Architect

Location: Remote within Sweden or Spain; offices are available in Stockholm, Madrid, or Barcelona.

What you will do

• Define integration architecture for cloud-to-cloud, on-premise-to-cloud, and B2B scenarios.
• Design and oversee integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite.
• Lead the development of integration flows using visual BPMN-style tools.
• Use Cloud Integration, Event Mesh, API Management, OpenConnectors, and API Business Hub content.
• Establish standards for integration security, monitoring, authentication, and authorization.
• Lead migration from SAP PO and comparable legacy middleware to cloud-native integration platforms.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant integration architecture or engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, Event Mesh, API Management, and OpenConnectors.
• Experience with request-driven SOAP, REST, and OData integrations, as well as event-driven architectures.
• Programming experience with Groovy or JavaScript and experience implementing authentication and authorization.
• Experience integrating SaaS and in-house applications, migrating from SAP PO, and working in multinational matrix organizations.
• Fluent English is required; the role is available to candidates located in Sweden or Spain.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in Integration Suite or BTP.
• Experience managing system vendors and external consultants.
